A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking under our standard terms, the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days of the tour date. Also if numbers are significantly reduced, the price may be varied. The Tour is to be paid in full prior at least the day prior to the commencement of the tour, unless prior arrangements are made.
Circumstances may require us to alter itineraries and fares without notice.
Grape-x-pectations reserves the right to vary or cancel tours or part thereof due to weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
Grape-x-pectations will not be responsible or liable for death, injury or illness of any passenger or of any loss or damage to any property.
Minimum passenger numbers may apply.
The driver may at any time refuse to carry any person who in the drivers’ opinion exhibits unacceptable behaviour.
Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed on the buses by order of the Ministry of Transport.
